Heart of Beef Wellington served with Port Wine Dressing
低溫將牛柳焗至粉嫩,之後加人煙燻火腿再包酥皮,用大火焗七分鐘上碟。
牛柳焗至大約medium cooked,顏色粉粉的好吸引,外層包上酥皮脆脆的,加上火腿鹹香,整體來說都幾好食,但如果牛柳再嫩啲就好了。
Baked till medium cooked, with a beautiful rosy colour, wrapped in a crispy puff pastry, with a touch of saltiness from the prosciutto ham, pretty good on the whole, but would be better if the beef is more tender.
